The Bell Family

Cliff and Dianne have been married since 1988.  They are the parents of four gifted children: Angela, Jeremiah, Tabitha and Ashley Lynn.  God has called them to minister together as a family with the Malachi 4:5,6 and Matthew 3:3 anointing. 
 
Cliff and Dianne are prophets ordained with Christian International Ministries Network CIMN) through the CI Network of Churches (CINC) under Bishop Dr. Bill Hamon.  Cliff and Dianne are founders of Cliff Bell Family Ministries, a prophetic and apostolic ministry equipping the saints in Mexico and Latin America.  The Bell Family has been commissioned by CIMN to establish Christian International Mexico, representing CIMN in Mexico.  They are based out of Edinburg, Texas on the Mexican border and travel into Mexico from there.

Cliff

Cliff was raised in Mexico, the son of veteran missionaries to Mexico, Bob & Madeline Bell of Globe Missionary Evangelism.   Cliff is fluent both inSpanish and English and is skilled in preaching and teaching the Written Word of God with balance.  He also is known for reflecting the Father’s heart as he ministers prophetically with accuracy and anointing.   His ministry is marked with the demonstration of signs, wonders and miracles.  Cliff has ministered abroad in many nations of the earth – especially in Latin America where he has prophesied to multiplied hundreds of Christian leaders and saints. 
 
Cliff has been trained and raised up as a prophet at Christian International Ministries where he has served for twelve years: as a volunteer from 1989 to 1990, on staff of the School of Theology from 1990 till 1999, and from 1999 through 2001 as the Administrator of Christian International Business Network..  Cliff has also served as a Prophetic Team Mentor for the CI Ministry Training College, Prophetic Team Leader for CI Family Church, and more. Additionally, Cliff has over 25 years of experience in praise and worship and has written numerous songs and choruses. 
 
Cliff has a Th.B. from Christian International School of Theology.

Dianne

Dianne Bell is a loving wife, mother and teacher.  Dianne keeps busy homeschooling her four children and stays active in the home-schooling community.  For two years Dianne has served as a cell group leader for the Gulf Cost Christian Home Educators Association.  Dianne is a particularly gifted teacher and is known for making biblical truths become alive with practical examples. Dianne complements her husband’s ministry with teaching, counseling, intercession, prophetic ministry and hospitality. Dianne operates with a strong gift of discernment, intercession and gifts of healings. 
 
Dianne has a B.S. degree in special education from the University of Southern Alabama

Angela, Jeremiah, Tabitha, and Ashley

All of Cliff and Dianne’s children want to have a part in their Family’s Ministry. 
 
Angela (11) has applied herself diligently to ballet lessons for six years. She began choreographing dances at age 10 and does special praise dances with a beautiful grace and anointing.
 
Jeremiah (9) has declared that he wants to be a prophet when he grows up. He has been a part of the Kid-Mime team at CI Family Church for the last two years and loves it. Jeremy loves to rollerblade and skate.  
 
Tabitha (6) loves to sing for the Lord. She makes up her own spontaneous songs of praise to the Lord.  Tabitha is also beginning to learn ballet.  She has been on both the Kid-Dance and the Kid-Mime teams at church.  Tabitha is also quite an intercessor.
 
Ashley (3), has a prophecy that was given to her during her first few months.  It says that she would be a fireball for God.  Now that her personality is coming out in full bloom, we can certainly see how that is true! She gets upset when her sisters dance on the platform without her.  She wants to be right in there with them.  Ashley leads the family in our "full armor sequence" (as in the "Bibleman" videos) every morning.  I pity the devil that tries to mess with her!

Frank Fietz has an extensive and successful business background having retired from Beall’s Department Stores where he was CEO for many years. Frank and his wife, Gay, are ordained ministers with Christian International Network of Churches, Board of Governors with CI Ministries Network, elders at CI Family Church in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, President of their local CI Business Network Chapter and more. Frank is Director of the CI Business Network and his passion is to equip believers in the Marketplace to practice biblical business principles and to establish and grow Kingdom businesses.

I have known Cliff Bell since 1999 and worked with him closely for about one and a half years. I have found Cliff to be a man of integrity with a tremendous ability to be able to disseminate and put forth both vision and implementation of vision. In the workplace Cliff is very dependable and exhibits the spirit of excellence as defined in the Scriptures.

I have had the opportunity to work along side Cliff to minister both in prayer and prophetically into the lives of Christian business people who have been seeking God for direction and purpose. On numerous occasions I have, while sitting in the office, listened to Cliff prophetically pray for individuals who have need and who have called the Christian International Business Network office for direction. I have found that Cliff has a tremendous ability to hear the voice of the Lord and to communicate that to the individual in a very articulate, understandable manner.

In review of the 10 M's, from what I have been able to glean from my close contact with Cliff, I find that they are in order and that he has a heart to personally review and keep the M's in order.

It is with enthusiasm that I am able to recommend Cliff and his ministry, not only into Mexico, but also here in the U.S. and to the nations.
