Cliff Bell Family Ministries
Dear Friends,
We thank God for what He is doing in and through our family. We
also thank God for those few opportunities to receive ministry God provides.
I just returned from a whirlwind trip to Dallas where I was able
to see Bishop Bill and Mom Hamon and Apostles Mickey and Sandie Freed.
I got pumped up with the Word and was extra blessed that Bishop
Hamon prophesied over me. God encouraged us and confirmed and clarified
some things he had placed in my heart. The prophetic word
said that we had laid a foundation and now God would build upon it and
provide the resources, people and finances necessary to fulfill the vision.
It is time for breakthrough. So I agree with God’s
Word and proclaim ‘breakthrough’ in Jesus’ name! That
word was worth the 10 hour bus ride to get there! In the meantime, we
have remained busy. Here’s a summary of what’s been happening…

Update – getting close!
Hurricane Emily
Several people have called or written to ask about how Hurricane Emily
affected us. We are very grateful that Emily, which was headed directly
for us and was predicted to strengthen did not strengthen. It also
turned course during it’s last few hours so it made landfall about
75 miles south of us. That was enough to spare us the brunt of the
storm. We only had tropical storm force winds and probably under
4 inches of rain. God had mercy on the Rio Grande Valley.
The hurricane went into central Tamaulipas State in Mexico –
fortunately into lesser populated areas. While fewer people lived
there, still there were many affected by this storm. Reynosa, right
across the border had so much flooding (due to inadequate drainage) that
thousands of people were flooded out of their homes. In most cases
it was the poorest people who suffered most and lost what little they
had. Local church and civic groups are sending aid. My friends
in the Methodist Church are among those reaching out to those in need.
Family Ministry to Pastors’ Families
Just prior to the hurricane Reynosa hosted the Eastern Conference of the
Mexican Methodist Church. My family and I were invited to come and
minister prophetically to the pastors’ families. Since most
of the conference was business items and reports, this was one of the
few opportunities for these precious people to receive real ministry and
encouragement. Dianne, Angela and I ministered close to twelve
hours in one day to approximately 80 people. We took our time with
them. The Lord brought healing, encouragement, deliverance, and
hope. Many of the pastors I had ministered to on previous occasions
told me how the prophetic word had transformed their lives and ministries.
There were many tears of gladness and gratitude.
The next day Angela and I returned and addressed the pastors’ children.
The Lord gave Angela a powerful word for them to challenge them
to find their identity and purpose in God and to hear His voice. God
really did a work in Angela that day and birthed something in her. She
will also be joining me in ministering to a group of Hispanic Methodists
in California in a couple of weeks and in Montreal, Canada in November.
Angela just celebrated her 15th birthday.
Conquering the “Ites”
July 24th my family joined me again to minister at a local church. God
gave me a word for this church to rise up and conquer the “ites”
that were keeping them from possessing their promised land. I believe
the Lord brought the church to a new level of understanding of how the
devil works against them so they can rise up as an army and win the victory
through Christ.
Open Heaven over Pachuca, Hidalgo
July 28-31 I teamed up with Apostle Antonio Santiago and Apostle Jose
Garcia (both of Indiana) in Pachuca, Hidalgo. Pachuca is a city
of about 700,000 near Mexico City. Pastor Manuel Perez did an excellent
job in preparing the people for this conference. They were primed
and ready to take their city for God. Most places I go I have
to lay a foundation and start from scratch, but these people were ready
to go. There was a powerful anointing for spiritual warfare and
militant praise. Apostle Santiago and I taught on the ministries
of the apostle and the prophet. I also taught on city transformation
through prayer, strategic warfare and the gifts of the Spirit. The
people responded enthusiastically. Since there were several churches
represented I had them do a prophetic act. I had the pastors present
to come forward and join hands, and surrounded them with the intercessors
and the praisers. Then as everyone joined hands and marched in unison
the Lord gave me a prophetic song of war for the city. Afterward,
Apostle Santiago asked me where I learned the song. But it was a
spontaneous song of the Lord coming from the Commander in Chief of the
Army of God. I am convinced the Lord opened the heavens over Pachuca.
Please be praying for the saints there not to get distracted but
to follow through with God’s purposes there.
Healings and Miracles
At the end of the conference I felt God wanted to release healings and
miracles to those present. I began to flow in the word of knowledge
and gifts of healings. I didn’t lay hands on anyone.
I wanted them to know it was the Lord and not me. Afterward a whole
string of people came forward and testified of the healing or miracle
they received and gave Jesus the glory.
Ministry Vehicle Update – getting close!
Indeed, breakthrough has begun for us and for the ministry God has entrusted
to us. I know many of you have been believing with us for
a new ministry vehicle. I am grateful and pleased to announce the
Lord has brought in over $10,000 towards the new vehicle. I have
picked out a 2004 Chevy Blazer with low miles at a local dealership. It
is a 4X4 and has low miles. The Blue Book price on it is $17,000.
They are asking only $15,000. I have looked at many vehicles, but
believe this is the one God has for us. We need only $4,000
more to get it. I have prayed over it and asked God to hold
it for us until the provision comes in. Should the Lord put
on your heart to sow towards this need, please let us know. I am
providing giving information below. We’re getting close!
