Cliff Bell Family Ministries
Dear Friends,
We thank God for breakthrough! Dianne and I have been pressing
in to the Lord regarding many areas that have been blocked. But
the Lord has put it into my spirit that it is time for breakthrough.
And we are beginning to see it happen. This is a new day!
I have several great things to report, including a prophetic exhortation
at the end... so read on!

Family Transition Update
When I wrote you last I shared how our nephew and niece (who are now a
part of our household) gave their lives to the Lord. God is continuing
the good work He began in them. They are now both baptized in the Holy
Spirit! We have been praying with them daily. As with
everyone, some days go better than others, but we can see overall the
growth God is doing in their hearts. Please continue praying as
it is still not easy. Dianne is homeschooling all
six at six different grade levels besides running the house and keeping
the books for the ministry. I can't begin to tell you how grateful
I am to God for her. Also, my travel schedule is picking up
again, so keep Dianne and the kids in your prayers.
Mision Divina in Brownsville
The Lord opened up a new door with a church in Brownsville called Mision
Divina. I had already ministered at one of their daughter churches
in Matamoros, but Pastor Genovevo Izaguirre asked me to come and minister
to their mother church on February 27. Pastor Genovevo and his congregation
are hungry for God and for the move of His Spirit. They see the
need for solid teaching and training in the Prophetic and asked me to
come and minister. The people responded with enthusiasm and God
moved with miracles and healings as well as the prophetic word. This
church has a vision to reach their city and territory for Christ.
Many of the congregation are new immigrants and have only entry level
jobs, but they know God has more for them so they can send missionaries
and reach new areas. I am scheduled to go back and do a mega-weekend prophetic
training seminar on May 21.
God is moving among the Mexican Methodists!
The Mexican Methodist Church in Northeast Mexico took another step
in formally embracing the apostolic and prophetic movement. God
has given me such favor with them that they have recognized my ordination
and studies with Christian International. They have asked me
to help them establish apostolic and prophetic foundations in their churches.
This new recognition will open more doors for me to minister
in other areas. For example, in August I will be ministering at
a Hispanic Methodist conference in Greenfield, California (near San Jose).
While I am there I may even get an opportunity to minister to the English
speaking congregation. I believe God wants the Methodist Church
to return to her roots in biblical adherence, holiness, as well as to
receive the move of the Holy Spirit today (including five-fold ministry).
The Mexican Methodists are sending pastors to areas in the U.S. to start
churches to reach the growning Hispanic population that in many cases
has no church to reach them. Each of these congregations has strong
ties to Mexico and to the rest of Latin America.
Coming to a city near you...
One such pastor, Magdalena de Gama and her husband Angel, realize
that God has sent them not just to pastor the Hispanics in their new area
of California, but also to bring renewal to the United Methodist Church
in the USA. Magdalena and Angel used to pastor in Tampico where
they hosted a prophetic traning seminar. They miss Mexico terribly,
but realize they are being sent by God to carry revival and present truth
to this new territory. They faced much spiritual warfare in
Tampico as the Lord used them to resurrect a church literally dying in
religious tradition and surrounded by witchcraft and idolatry. They
did an awesome job in Tampico with God's grace. This new territory
is steeped both with the demons they faced in Mexico along with new ones
of humanism, intellectualism, materialism and carnality. Please
pray for them and other pastors like them as they are part of God's army
of missionaries coming to turn the USA around!
Victory in Ciudad Victoria
Last weekend I ministered at two churches in Ciudad Victoria,
Tamaulipas. Centro Familiar Vida Nueva has gone through some trials
recently. One of the trusted leaders left with some of the sheep
to do his own thing. I wasn't sure what to expect as I rode there
on the bus. But what the devil meant for evil, the Lord turned into
good. There is a new unity and a fresh anointing with a spirit of
victory and radical praise. The congregation has kept their eyes
on Jesus and God is raising up new leaders to take the place of those
who left. God has added new faithful members who are quickly finding
their place of ministry and service. The church is holding
fast to the vision the Lord has given them and are pressing forward with
renewed zeal to reach their community. One of the topics I
taught on was apostolic / prophetic evangelism and being led by the Spirit
of God. Several people there have already been praying for
the sick regularly in the hospitals and homes. Sunday, the pastor
asked me to minister on positioning ourselves to receive God's abundance.
The people responded with enthusiasm to the Word. This church always
responds well and are doers of the Word. I look forward to seeing God's
blessing increase in their congregation. I will be back later this
year to do a more intensive prophetic training time.
Sunday night I ministered at El Mesias Methodist Church. While this
church is a bit more conservative, they are very hungry for God.
The Lord gave me a word to challenge them to live a life led by the Spirit
of God and hearing His voice. I also ministered prophetically
to all the leadership. One of the administrators shared how God
healed his wife of cancer the last time I prophesied to them.
Francisco, a testimony to the power of God's Word
Rafael and Norma
Gonzalez attend a different church than the ones I ministered at, but
they came out to see me last Saturday night and to share their testimony.
I met Rafael and Norma Gonzalez a little over two years ago in Ciudad
Victoria. They had come forward asking for prayer, obviously troubled.
I prophesied to them that the lie the devil had tormented them with was
being canceled and that Norma would bear a son to the glory of God.
Later they shared with me that they had a nine year old son already, but
they had not been able to have second child since as they deeply desired.
Norma had battled a lot of fear as the one time she conceived during those
nine years she suffered a miscarriage. The word of the Lord gave
them new hope and faith. Saturday night, Rafael shared with me how
six months after receiving the word his wife became pregnant. Rafael
and Norma were so happy to introduce me to little Francisco, their promsied
son. They are so filled with gratitude to the Lord, they share their
miracle with everyone they meet. Francisco is a sign and a wonder
to many people who know them.
It's a New Day!
I recently heard someone ask the question, "When
does a new day start?" The obvious answer is "at midnight".
At midnight, it is still dark. At midnight, you may not see the
answers God has for you - provision that could be within your grasp if
you could only see them. The night chill of fear might still be
in the air. But legally, any law to be enacted on that day is enforceable
starting at midnight. I want to encourage those of you who have
not yet seen the sunrise break through in your life - in your finances,
in your family... God has declared a new day for you!
How many times have we heard that word and yet not realized what it meant?
The truth is: Jesus' resurrection enacted all the spiritual laws
for your victory, health and provision. You may not have yet seen
the sun come up, but this is a new day and Christ's victory in enforceable
right now for you and your situation. Begin to thank God
for your breakthrough and give a shout of victory! Then continue
to praise God as He chases away the shadows of fear and doubt allowing
the light of the new day to burst forth. The Sun of Righteousness
is arising today with healing in His wings for you.
Happy Resurrection Sunday!
I am home this weekend to enjoy Resurrection Sunday with my family.
I pray you also will have a super blessed weekend and that God will bring
you the breakthroughs you need in your life. Dianne and I declare
miracles for you.
Your Servants,
Cliff & Dianne Bell
