Miracles of favor
Dear Friends,
God is doing awesome things in Mexico! After two and a half years of praying
doors are beginning to open up in central Mexico in a big way. We are
continuing to see miracles. God is granting favor. And things are gearing
up next week for a possible showdown with local witches in Tijuana. Let
me share with you what is going on...

Tijuana?
Miracles of Favor
Three weeks ago I was told I had to upgrade my tourist visa in Mexico
to FM3 status as a minister. This is a residential status officially recognizing
me as a minister and is very difficult to acquire. I didn't even know
where to start. Everywhere I called there were no answers. The Mexican
Consulate wouldn't tell me anything. But I know God had a way. So I prayed
for help. As I prayed a person who holds a federal position in immigration
called my home to ask for prayer! (Thank You, Jesus!) She is a new Christian
and has a friend who recommended she call me. After praying with her I
asked her if she could instruct me as to how to go about getting my FM3.
She told me it would be an honor to help me and that is what she does!
I was able to visit her office and take all the documents needed (a file
a half inch thick) and she began the process. (Just getting all those
documents required a few miracles along the way!) Today I will be returning
to her office to pick up my FM3! For anyone who has tried to get their
FM3 will know this was a miracle!
Open Doors in Central Mexico
As you may know, most all my contacts in Mexico have been in the north
part of the country. But I've been praying about how to penetrate the
Mexico City area and central Mexico. The Lord has answered. In September
I'll be ministering in Pachuca, Hidalgo for several days. Then in the
first days of November I'll be ministering at a large prayer conference
in Mexico City at Centro Cristiano Calacoaya with Pastors Gonzalo and
Olivia Vega. This is a church of 6,000 people. I know the Lord will do
awesome things there and establish more contacts in Central Mexico.
The Prophetic Word fulfilled in Nuevo Laredo
In January of 1999 I took a team of four couples with me to Piedras Negras,
Coahuila to minister at a Methodist pastor's conference. At that conference
all of the pastors were filled with the Holy Spirit and God moved in a
mighty way. Because of what God did there I was invited back to minister
for other Methodist districts and other churches. On of the pastors to
whom I ministered during that conference was Pastor Valeriano García
who was pastoring in Nuevo Laredo. I prophesied to him that God was going
to provide a large parcel of land and everything needed for the building
and that God would raise up a church that had a school and several outreaches
to the city.
At the time Pastor Valeriano was, like most Methodist pastors, an itinerant
pastor moving every so many years to wherever he was appointed. But the
Lord planted a seed in his heart that January. By that Summer the Lord
moved on him, several families in the church and upon his leadership that
he was to plant a new church. As they began to take steps to obey the
Word of the Lord, a large parcel of land (2 hectares) was donated to them.
Within a couple of months an American church donated for a building to
be built! Last week I ministered at their 5th anniversary. They have a
good solid group of people, most of whom are new converts and they are
moving ahead with plans to start a school. The prophetic word they received
has defined their vision and they are full of joy at what the Lord is
doing. Pastor Valeriano is no longer an itinerant pastor, but is established
there for as long as the Lord wants him. Praise the Lord!
Miracles at Cosecha Final Church in Houston
This last weekend I ministered at Cosecha Final Church in Houston, Texas.
The pastors and the church were wide open for the prophetic and apostolic.
God did an awesome move to impart a business anointing to the people to
break the spirit of poverty. We also saw quite a few healings and miracles.
We had people testifying of healed backs, legs, diabetes, headaches, and
more. We also saw about 7 people saved. We are making plans to go with
Pastors in 2005 to the Mexican states of Sinaloa and Guerrero where they
oversee several churches.
Mount Carmel in Tijuana?
Next week I'll be ministering at a large apostolic prophetic conference
in Tijuana, Baja California. The local witches and psychics who are on
TV have caught wind of it and have vowed to stop it. Some actually plan
to attend. One local TV station is wanting to do live coverage. I told
the pastor perhaps we need to re-name the conference to "Encounter
at Mount Carmel"! Please pray that these witches will come and get
saved. Agree with us that no weapon formed against us can prosper, and
pray with us to cause confusion in the enemy's camp. Our God is the only
True and Living God and He is the One who answers with fire! Hallelujah!
God is our Source
We know God is our Source of Supply. But Dianne and I thank Him for those
of you who give to this ministry. We are amazed every month at how God
provides. He is so creative! Yet we are still believing God for increase
so we can fulfill the vision He has given us. If He speaks to you about
becoming a monthly partner with us, we have included giving information
below.
