Dear Brother or Sister in Christ,

When the kingdoms of the earth are shaking, we need to sow all the more into the expansion of God’s Kingdom throughout the earth. Today I would like to give you an opportunity to participate in what God is doing in Mexico.

God has opened an effectual door for Cliff Bell to represent Christian International in Mexico. Many of you know Cliff, as he was on staff here (at CI Ministries) for over eleven years, serving in the School of Theology and Business Network. We have sent Cliff, his wife, Dianne, and their four children to promote the apostolic / prophetic in Mexico. I have seen the favor Cliff has with the Latin American people and can vouch for his character and calling. They have not gone out as old-order “missionaries,” but have been apostolically sent to accomplish God’s purpose.

Mexico suffers from great poverty, broken families, high unemployment, and witchcraft. Yet the light of God’s prophetic purposes is beginning to pierce the darkness, and pockets of revival are beginning to spring up. The Prophetic Movement has been misrepresented by “spooky spirituals,” spiritual abuse and disorder. Still, godly leaders are crying out for help to activate the gifts of the Spirit “decently and in order.” This is a crucial time for the Mexican Church. They need to be equipped in present truth so Mexico can become a sheep nation.

Cliff's prophetic ministry is anointed and accompanied by miracles. In 1997 I invited him to minister in Colombia with Cindy Jacobs and me. When I had to leave, I had no hesitation sending Cliff to preach and activate people at another conference in Venezuela. Having been raised in Mexico by missionary parents, he is fluent in Spanish an in the culture. For four years, Cliff has traveled regularly into Mexico to minister in churches and district leaders’ meetings of the Methodist Church. At the first meeting he activated all the attending pastors in the Holy Spirit baptism and the gifts of the Spirit. Since then God has continued to pour out His Spirit and bring balance and order.

We believe this is the Lord’s timing to establish a greater work to impact Mexico’s 100 million people. The Bells have relocated to Edinburg, Texas on the Mexican border, which is only minutes away from Reynosa and a short drive from Monterrey, one of Mexico’s largest cities. The Mexican churches are fully in support of Cliff’s ministry. However, because of the national economy, offerings tend to be small and are not able to provide full support for the Bells. I thank those of you who gave towards the Bells’ move. They are now in their new home base and actively ministering in Mexico and Latin America. However, we still urgently need to raise their monthly support another $2,000.

I challenge you to seek God as to how you can participate. Some churches or businesses can give $5,000 or $1,000 to help get the apostolic/prophetic into Mexico. We also need fifty churches or individuals to make a financial pledge per month. As you sow into God’s kingdom in one area, you will experience the result of increase in your own ministry.
